Byrd Elementary celebrated its annual Grandparents’ Day on Thursday, November 20.  We had over three hundred grandparents attend the festivities.  Each classroom had special activities for the grandparents. Following the classroom activities, the grandparents were able to enjoy a delicious lunch with their grandchildren.  Mrs. Albert, our guidance counselor, did an outstanding job making sure that this day was very special for all of us.
