Tenth grader Brett Alvis has been selected as the winner of the Crime Stoppers poster design contest.

Brett’s poster will be displayed at Metro Richmond area schools. She will be presented with a $1000 savings bond on April 28th during the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers Board of Directors meeting.
