The Chick-Fil-A at the food court in Short Pump Town Center has graciously allowed RES the opportunity to receive 10% off ALL sales on the last Wednesday of each month between 5:30-7:30 PM. The dates have been designated to help a specific Encore program for each month. Please join us!

2015 Principal Appreciation Day
Governor Terence R. McAuliffe signed a Certificate of Recognition declaring January 25-31, 2015, as Virginia Principals Appreciation Week.
On Tuesday, January 20, Randolph Elementary School celebrated Principal Appreciation Day for our very own, Mr. Dan Gardner. He was treated like a King for a Day, with notes, posters, small gifts and treats, lunch, and even a special outfit. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Mr. Gardner!

RES Spelling Bee
In December, RES held it’s annual Spelling Bee in the Library-Media Center. Students in first through fifth grade participated, with two representatives per grade level.
The winner (4th grader, right), first runner-up (3rd grader, left), and second runner-up (5th grader, center) participated in the Goochland County Spelling Bee this week.
