Dr. Seuss Day on March 2 is the official kickoff celebration for RES Reading Month!
Principal, Mrs. Gordon, spent the day reading some fabulous Seuss stories to all of the students.
Kindergarten teacher, Miss Colwell, and second grade teacher, Mrs. Wilson, got into the spirit to help celebrate Dr. Seuss Day.
Students across grade levels enjoyed all sorts of Dr. Seuss activities throughout the day.
Mrs. Martin’s kindergarten class visited the Library to borrow some of their favorite Dr. Seuss stories.
The third grade students in Mrs. Gates’ class enjoyed watching Justin Bieber read The Cat in the Hat as a special Dr. Seuss Day surprise.
