Open enrollment in our comprehensive group health program (The Local Choice) is currently underway. For an in-depth look at rates, procedures, scheduled informational meetings, and a copy of the required deduction/waiver form, please visit the 2011-12 Enrollment web page.
The Deduction/Waiver form must be turned in to your immediate supervisor no later than September 9th.
