At our June 13th class we discussed the value and importance of students producing videos in school.
Planning for a video requires collaboration, organization, time management, and critical thinking. The ideal way to use video in the classroom is to use a project-based learning approach, where kids learn the content as they produce the video. Students become experts in their topic, share their knowledge with the rest of the class, and the videos remain available for review throughout the year.
